3.2 供应商为该领域国际一流品牌，应在至少3家以上国家检测中心（中国汽车技术研究中心有限公司、上海机动车检测认证技术研究中心有限公司、招商局检测车辆技术研究院有限公司、中国汽车工程研究院股份有限公司、襄阳达安汽车检测中心有限公司）提供类似巴西&欧七排放试验设备并成功运行，在用设备使用情况良好，并有良好的售后服务记录，在投标文件中提供用户清单。
3.3投标人通过ISO9001或对等质量体系认证，并在投标书中应提供相应证书的复印件。
3.4在中国大陆的分公司或者代表处，在中国大陆地区具有相应足够的售后维护能力，应提供相应的证明材料。

3. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
Qualifications or Performance：
3.1 The bidder is the manufacturer or agent of the bidding product, registered and purchased the bidding documents with the bidding agency, and has successfully registered on the electronic trading platform for mechanical and electrical product bidding (www.chinabidding. com).
3.2 The supplier shall be an internationally leading brand in this field, and shall provide similar Brazilian and Euro 7 emission testing equipment to at least three national testing centers (China Automotive Technology Research Center Co., Ltd., Shanghai Motor Vehicle Testing and Certification Technology Research Center Co., Ltd., China Merchants Testing Vehicle Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd., China Automotive Engineering Research Institute Co., Ltd., Xiangyang Daan Automotive Testing Center Co., Ltd.) and successfully operate it. The equipment in use shall be in good condition and have a good after-sales service record. A user list shall be provided in the bidding documents.
3.3 The bidder shall obtain ISO9001 or equivalent quality system certification and provide copies of the corresponding certificates in the bidding document.
3.4 The branch or representative office in Chinese Mainland, which has corresponding and sufficient after-sales maintenance capacity in Chinese Mainland, shall provide corresponding certification materials.
